If you require registrants' volunteer commitments for a swimming program, you can create a meet by importing the meet EV3 file that was exported from the Meet Manager, linking the meet to the associated swimming program , and indicating the meet is an attending meet, and then create volunteer jobs for the swim meet. Once you have set up the volunteer registration and published the jobs, registrants can then sign up for a job through the Swim Portal or through offline registration.
You can also create an independent volunteer event, such as a banquet or a fundraising event outside of a swim meet.
You can manage and check in volunteers, or download a check-in report. When a volunteer job is done, you need to mark a volunteer as complete, the volunteer points will then be posted to the volunteer's Swim Portal account.
