Creating a lesson or clinic

Follow a step-by-step wizard to set up and customize a lesson or clinic for online registration.

In the setup process, you can exit at any step by clicking Exit setup on the top left. Your unfinished lesson will be displayed in Home > Your programs. You can finish and finalize your setup at a later time.

  1. In the Home page, click Create program.
  2. Click Lesson/clinic, and then enter the name and dates for your lesson.
  3. Create sessions for your program.
  4. Define registration prices and discounts.
  5. Add form questions for the online registration form.
  6. Add waivers.
  7. Customize the confirmation email if you want to provide more information in addition to the default confirmation email template.
  8. Verify payment information.
  9. Set up registration open and close dates.
  10. Create ACTIVE.com listing page for your league.
  11. Activate your league online registration.

You can also add a discount coupon for your lessons.
