Canceling or refunding an order

You can cancel an order. You can also issue a full or partial refund for a payment made by credit card, check, or cash.

If you cancel add on items in an order, canceled items are returned to inventory.

If you cancel registrations and the program is restricted by capacity, the canceled registrations increase the number of available registrations.

  1. Click People.
  2. Select the registrant that you would like to cancel the order for.
  3. In the Orders history table, click the desired order ID.
  4. Click Refund/Cancel.
  5. Do the following:
    • To cancel the order, select the Cancel? checkbox.
    • To issue refund, in the Refund Amount box, enter the refund money amount.
  6. Save your changes.
