Specifying who pays the processing fee

Active charges a processing fee for each registration.

When you set up your first program, you specified who pays the processing fee.

  1. On the global header, click Account.
  2. Click Organization.
  3. In the How you accept payment from participants section, do the following:
    • To have registrants pay the fee, click Pass fee on to participants.
    • To have your organization pay the fee, click Absorb fee.
  4. Save your changes.
